Mission: To strengthen women through prayer, encouragement, and spiritual guidance, and reproduce that same strength in our families, friends, and the community at large.

Basia (sounds like Messiah) is the Hebrew word for “Daughter of God”.

As seen in our logo above, we have adopted the butterfly as our symbol.  The butterfly represents our spiritual journey.  As women of God, we face many challenges in life.  Through God’s grace we’re able to overcome  low self-esteem, bitterness, bad attitudes, etc.  We each have “cocoons” in which we must break free.  We must fly so the world can see the beauty of God manifested in our lives.

Basia Ministries is committed to encouraging and equipping women to be all that God has created us to be.  This ministry will provide the spiritual nectar through bible studies, in-home fellowships, outreach activities, etc. that will equip women to break out from our cocoons and fly high; thus, fulfilling our Divine destiny!
